To join our team as an 1st Engineer you need to have: 
Proven experience aboard passenger vessels, demonstrating advanced knowledge of
engineering systems specific to modern cruise ships. 
Hold a valid License III/2, compliant with international maritime standards. 
Familiarity with Wartsila propulsion systems, Azipod propulsion, and state-of-the-art
engineering apparatus. 
Intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English to ensure seamless
collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
